Project Description

Analyzing data at scale and speed are key to helping crack COVID-19 solutions. Existing research computation that might currently be running at smaller scale in isolated labs could benefit from rapidly deployment to the MOC. This project seeks to connect such compute to an existing platform called ChRIS (www.redhat.com/chris) which is a distributed web-based REST microservice platform that simply wraps around existing computation and deploys to cloud environments.
