Project Description

This project seeks to integrate the opensource COVID-Net (https://github.com/lindawangg/COVID-Net) as a BCH/BU/RedHat ChRIS (chrisproject.org) plugin and run at scale on the MOC. An ancillary component of this project is to also build IBM Power9 docker images of the ChRIS plugins and leverage the IBM Power9 machines on the MOC in addition to x86_64 nodes for a unified cross architecture solution.

Candidate Profile

Strong interest in python/docker and distributed systems. Interest in AI/ML engineering and deployment.
